We are a husband and wife team who live and operate in the Bay Area. We have the only certified mold inspection dog in California. We value our clients and understand their journey because we have been on it ourselves. We are not just in it for the money - we get so much fulfillment in helping people who are walking the same path we are.

While most of our clients are located in the Bay Area, we regularly perform mold inspections throughout California and the Western states.

Some clients just want a mold inspection. We do that. Some clients have a lot of questions prior to an inspection. We answer them. Some clients have a lot of questions after an inspection. We answer those too. Some clients ask that we talk to their remediator. We are happy to. Some clients want to talk about their journey and the hell of mold. We get it. We're great listeners. We're on that journey ourselves and love to share what we've learned along the way.

Same-Day Results
Our mold detection dog will perform a mold inspection of your home and alert you to the exact locations of mold and even the approximate severity of the mold, saving you precious time and money by eliminating the need to search for it during remediation.
Ongoing Mold Inspections
To ensure your home remains mold free, try our monthly subscription service, which will give you 1, 2 or 3 annual mold inspections with our mold detection dog so you can be on top of any new potential problems.
Real Estate Inspections
Buying a new home? Thinking of a new rental? Mold inspections with our mold detection dog provide immediate results to allow you to move with confidence.
Post-Remediation Inspections
In the process of remediating? Our mold detection dog does post-remediation mold inspections. We can come in BEFORE you rebuild and inspect to make sure your remediator got everything!

Mold detection dogs have been shown to have an accuracy rate of over 90%. With their intense training and keen sense of smell , mold detection dogs are currently one of the most accurate inspection methods available.
That depends. If you want to know which species of mold you have, or what the levels are, then we suggest you pair our inspection with one of the more traditional testing methods. However, a mold dog inspection provides all the information a remediator needs to take care of the problem.
To a certain extent she can. She doesn't give quantifiable results, but depending on her body language, we can get a general idea of the size of the problem.
It depends on the size of your home, but on average it takes about 4 hours. We pride ourselves on a thorough and methodical mold inspection, and making sure all of your questions are answered.
