Family-Owned and Operated
We are a husband and wife team who live and operate in the San Francisco Bay Area. We have one of a handful of certified mold inspection dogs in the United States. We value our clients and understand their journey because we have been on it ourselves. We get so much fulfillment from helping people who are walking the same path we are.
We Travel!
While most of our clients are located in the Bay Area, we regularly perform mold inspections throughout California and the western states including Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. We've even been asked to come to Hawaii! Even if your state isn't listed, reach out and let's talk!

Some clients just want a mold inspection. We do that. Some clients have a lot of questions prior to an inspection. We answer them. Some clients have a lot of questions after an inspection. We answer those too. Some clients ask that we talk to their remediator. We are happy to. Some clients want to talk about their journey and the hell of mold. We get it. We're great listeners. She is one of only a handful of highly specialized mold dogs in the U.S. Bill has vast experience training canines in the detection of bombs, drugs, and weapons. Using that experience, he pioneered the mold dog industry almost 30 years ago when he identified the widespread need for a dependable method of pinpointing hidden mold.
