We provide what we believe is one of the most comprehensive mold dog inspections available, and in many cases, one of the most thorough mold inspections overall.
Comprehensiveness
Most mold dog inspections take 1 to 2 hours, while ours average 3 to 3.5 hours. We start with a detailed history and visual inspection which takes roughly 46-60 minutes, followed by 60–90 minutes working with the dog to ensure nothing is missed. The final hour or so is spent reviewing findings, answering questions, and providing clear recommendations.

For clients dealing with health concerns, understanding their indoor environment can be an important part of the bigger picture. We consider the building's history, current conditions, and environmental testing to help put the findings into context. While we don't diagnose medical conditions or determine whether mold is causing symptoms, we help you and your healthcare providers better understand the environmental findings.
