We provide what we believe is one of the most comprehensive mold dog inspections available, and in many cases, one of the most thorough mold inspections overall.

Most mold dog inspections take 1 to 1.5 hours, while ours average 3 to 3.5 hours. We start with a detailed history and visual inspection which takes roughly 46-60 minutes, followed by 60–90 minutes working with the dog to ensure nothing is missed. The final hour or so is spent reviewing findings, answering questions, and providing clear recommendations.

Most of our clients are sick. We're sick too; we get it. You're looking for answers and we want to help you find them. Our goal isn't just to locate mold; but to provide you with as much information as we can about what, where, why, and how, so you can take that information to an IEP, a remediator, and / or your doctor so you can get the best results from your inspection with us.
